Exchange And Return

  1. In case of an exchange, a request has to be sent within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
  2. The product should be in saleable condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.
  3. The products original tags to be intact.
  4. In lieu of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference. 
  5. The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand.
  6. As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
    In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹150.
  7. In Case of defective, missing product or wrong product delivery only, we provide free exchange. We just ask our customer/s to reach us within 24 hours of delivery for that you need to make a proper 360° opening video without any cut and pause so that it can be easily found in the video & it will be directly eligible for exchange. Otherwise No queries will be entertained.

  8. The shipping period for products in normal days will be 7-8 working days nationally.

  9. We only offer replacement for size issues under certain circumstances, no refunds.
  10. No Exchange is provided for the products sold during sale/promotions
  11. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
